Cap score indicator

In this guide, we introduce the CAP Score Indicator. This feature allows you to define a 'Score Cap' for your assessment.

If a respondent selects a specific answer previously defined as critical, the system will automatically limit the final assessment score to the maximum threshold you’ve set, regardless of the other answers.
