Important Notice - Vendor Contact Changes on the Findings Platform
Effective March 31st, Findings will no longer support changes to vendor contact details once the initial contact has onboarded and claimed ownership of their account.
Previously, tier-one enterprise clients could request an update to vendor's contact information due to non-responsiveness or contacts who have left the organization.
However, this process will no longer be available due to security enhancements and legal liabilities.
