Introduction
This guide shows how the 'AVERAGE SCORE' works on the 'Recent' dashboard.
How 'AVERAGE SCORE' is Calculated
The 'AVERAGE SCORE' is calculated based on a vendor's average score across their assessments.
If the vendor has not completed an assessment, the 'AVERAGE SCORE' will show 'N/A'.
Step 1 - 'AVERAGE SCORE'
In the heading 'Recently added vendors' at the top of the 'Recent' dashboard, hover to (the subheading) 'AVERAGE SCORE'.
Step 2 - 'Low', 'Medium' and 'High' Scores
Hover over the percentage score under the subheading.
A popup box will appear. It will state the vendor's average score (across all their assessments) and if it is a 'Low SCORE', a 'Medium SCORE' or a 'High SCORE'.
