Scenario: Let’s say after further review, even though there are no pre-existing findings for a question, one of the vendor’s answers does not mean the necessary standard.

You can add a finding that will trigger a task for the vendor to complete.

A ‘Finding’ popup box will appear in the middle of the screen. Here you see various parameters to create the Findings:

The Question and Answer
The Findings: where you can add the description of the gap (why this answer choice has created a Finding)
The Impact and Probability which will change the Risk level
The recommendation (how they can bridge the gap/incorporate the necessary changes to be in line with the question
The Due date for the Finding
The checkbox uploading mandatory evidence if needed
A Note - this is internal for the customer side/team only
Another option for a recommendation (you can add as many recommendations as you would like

Furthermore, if you do not select ‘IMPACT’ and ‘PROBABILITY’ values when creating the assessment’s template, the system will automatically turn the ‘RISK’ level for the gap in the vendor’s assessment to ‘Show Stopper’, and cause the vendor to fail the assessment, regardless of their overall score.

Once you have added the relevant information that will allow the vendor to clearly understand the finding, click the pink ‘save’ button.
