The ‘+ Add new user’ box will appear. In the ‘Enter user email address’ space, type the team member's email address; for example, Paul+96@findings.co.

Then, click ‘Role’ and select an option from the dropdown menu. The menu contains 4 main roles:

'Admin' - This role has full access to the entire profile.
'BO or 'SO' (business owner and sales owner) - These roles have limited access, and can streamline certain requests to the security department.
'Reporter' - This role has been created for users who would like to incorporate API integrations, which are used to trigger API calls to retrieve data used for analytics software. (The 'Reporter' does not have access to the system.)
'Viewer' - only has viewing privileges in the system, cannot make any changes.
'Auditor' - has limited access to platform, created for specific members of the security team to take part in the auditing face of the vendor's completed assessment.

Once you filled in and selected the requirements, click the pink, 'SAVE' button.
