A popup box, titled '+ Add new user', will now appear.

In the 'Enter user email address', type the team member's email address.

Then, select the 'Role' for the team member. There are 4 main roles:

'Admin' - This role has full access to the entire profile.
'BO or 'SO' (business owner and sales owner) - These roles have limited access, and can streamline certain requests to the security department.
'Reporter' - This role has been created for users who would like to incorporate API integrations, which are used to trigger API calls to retrieve data used for analytics software. (The 'Reporter' does not have access to the system.)
'Viewer' - This role has access to the whole platform except for:
- Going into organization settings;
- Using the '+' button in the header;
- Create/edit/archive/delete vendors;
- Create/upload templates/assessments;
- Assign/archive assessments;
- Answer assessments;
- Upload files/evidences;
- Validate findings/recommendations in an assessment; and/or
- Send chat/comments to either a vendor or a customer.

Once you have completed the requirements, click the pink, 'SAVE' button. You will now see a pop indicating that the user has been added successfully.
