In the ‘Questionnaire’ tab, on the left-hand side of the screen, you will see:

The list of ‘Subjects’;
The number of ‘APPROVED’ findings;
The ‘SCORE/BENCHMARK’ per subject; and
The number of ‘FINDINGS’ (if there are any).

On the right-hand side, you will see all of the questions per subject. For each subject you click, you will see all of its related questions.

If you click on the findings number, it will take you to all of the listed findings.

Additionally, on the questions side, you have the ability to add findings (by clicking the ‘ADD FINDING’ icon) to any answers that do not meet your compliance requirements (regardless of the ones that are pre-existing).

You also have the ability to communicate with the vendor (and vice versa) by sending them a message via the ‘CHAT’ icon. Here you can ask additional questions and provide additional clarification if necessary.
