Here are the timeframes for notification emails being sent out by the system automatically and who receives them.

A notification email is sent out every 3 - 4 days after an assessment has been assigned to a vendor.
- This notification is sent out to the vendor's person of contact, and all users defined as either an 'Admin' or an 'Owner' in the organization's profile.
This notification email is sent out to the vendor's person of contact the day before an assessment is due.
- All users defined as either an 'Admin' or an 'Owner' in the organization's profile will receive this email notification. (Please note, once the due date has passed, the notification is no longer sent out.)
A notification email is sent to the customer's person of contact once an assessment has been submitted whether it is was completed before the due date or not.
- All users defined as either an 'Admin' or an 'Owner' in the organization's profile will receive this email notification.
A notification email is sent to the person of contact if communication/’CHAT’ messages are sent.
- This notifications is sent to the vendor if the customer sent them a 'CHAT' message via a control.
- The notification is sent to the customer if the vendor sent them a 'CHAT' message via a control.
A notification email is sent to the customer every 3 - 4 days following the submission of an assessment by the vendor for auditing, until the customer clicks the ‘MARK FOR REVIEW’ button.
- All users defined as either an 'Admin' or an 'Owner' in the organization's profile will receive this email notification.
